- You must be a fan of Chiba Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen from Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.
- You must have a working e-mail address.
- You do not need a website to join.
- Please provide a real first name. Screename-like names such as "mamorulz345" are not acceptable, sorry.
- If you own a website, please put up a code or text link back to "La Smoking Bomber". The code must be up before joining I will check to see if you have the code up the day you submit (or shortly after). Please don't make it hard to find. If you don't have the code up, and linked back to this site, you will be added to the members list, your website URL will not!
- If your site contains offensive material such as pornography, racism, or hate, you will still be added to the list, but I will not link to your site, sorry.
- Please do NOT direct-link any images!
